Women's Wellness Retreat Day
Join us for a Women’s Wellness Retreat Day at Foxhills Spa, Old Down Estate, on 5th February 2026 (9:45am–3:00pm).
For £35, enjoy a calming day of relaxation and wellbeing, including pastries and drinks on arrival, a light lunch, a head and shoulder massage, sound bath, wellbeing talks and workshops, wellness stalls, and a goodie bag.
The event is suitable for all age groups, and the workshops can have as much or as little participation as you require.
What to Bring
Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or another comfortable surface to lie on and a pillow.
Sound Bath Contraindications
Please review the following before booking. Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have sound-induced epilepsy, metal implants, or a history of serious mental health conditions. If you use hearing aids, please note that sound frequencies may cause them to buzz or whistle, so they should be removed prior to the session.
