How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique booking reference number and a barcode that also contains this number.  We suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Please show this on arrival. 

I don't have a printer...

Your ticket confirmation must be shown on arrival.

Is Car Parking available?

Car parking is available free of charge. Please note that we do not have any CCTV in our parking area and any valuable left are at your own risk.

Can I make group bookings?

You can make group bookings.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

Yes, you are able to buy tickets on the day in our Farmshop on arrival.

Do you have restrooms available?

Yes, toilets are located near the café.

Are dogs allowed on-site?

Yes, friendly dogs are welcome in all areas of the park as long as they are kept on a lead and any mess is cleared up.
